Submit a new official organizational consultancy as a consultant representing the university in the field of institutional and administrative reform and reorganization to the top legislative advisory authorities. This consultancy includes a proposal for a future government regulatory mechanism “for institutional development and the restructuring and reorganization of public administration in the Libyan state.” Such consultancies will be published on the center’s website once they are officially approved by the relevant authorities.
Key contents of the consultancy include proposals for organizing public policies, establishing Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) guidelines to improve legislation, creating a national urban, service, and developmental information bank, and proposing a law to regulate the administrative structure of the state, among other things.
Special thanks to Dr. Salem Al-Amami for his continuous follow-up on the editing, content design, and previous consultancies.
