Dr. Anas Beira, Director of the Center for Public Administration and Institutional Development at the University of Benghazi (a member of the National Planning Council) according to Law No. 13 of 2000, participated in an important governmental symposium on the requirements for reconstruction and development in Libya. The symposium was held at Laico Hotel in Tunis from January 23 to 27, organized by the Presidency of the National Planning Council (the highest advisory authority) in the state, affiliated with the Libyan House of Representatives.
