The Job Performance Governance Program at the Institutional Development Center continues to hold working sessions

This morning the Centre for Institutional Development held working sessions respectively on the topic “Personnel Committee of Public Administrative Units” and its location in the content of the Labour Relations Act The Centre for Institutional Development of the University has continued its management career and management development sessions under the Public Service Governance Programme, which seeks to provide gradual solutions in reform and management and institutional development in senior and middle management categories. A number of specialized personalities with expertise in this field were held at the University of Benghazi and abroad, where the expert on functional regulations, Mr. Amer Al-Hassy, presented a new presentation on “Personnel committees of public administrative units”. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Centre, the Adviser to the President of the University of Benghazi and the Heads of the Training and Governance Office of the Public Office of the Centre. and a number of legal public office experts and guests representing administrative affairs in multiple sectors such as foreign affairs and international cooperation, the State Electricity Company, the Research Centre for Persons with Disabilities, the National Book House, the National Oil Corporation, the Juvenile Channel, the Children’s Hospital, the National Safety Authority, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and postgraduate students. As usual, we will make recommendations for this meeting, followed by proposals for solutions and an analysis of the implementation situation.

The Centre has always had a clear message as an experienced house of Benghazi University aimed at raising awareness of the importance of institutional, administrative and organizational reform in public sectors and issues.
