United Against Corruption Day
At the invitation of Mr. Gerardo Noto, Head of the United Nations Program in Libya, who delivered the organization’s opening remarks for United Against Corruption Day, Dr. Anas Baira, Director of the Center for Public Administration and Institutional Development at the University of Benghazi, chaired the session commemorating this significant and globally unified event at Al-Masa Resort and presented the main lecture on combating corruption by understanding the pillars of sound institutional reform as a suitable and gradual approach to the solution. Mr. Youssef Al-Aqouri, Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Libyan House of Representatives, participated in the event by delivering the parliamentary address on the occasion.
