The discussion seminar on the “Second Financial Stability Report” of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Bayda, was successfully completed, thanks to the Financial Stability Unit at the bank. The event was organized with the participation of the Center for Public Administration, professors from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Benghazi, experts from the Ministry of Finance, and the Financial Controllers Diploma program.
