The third scientific session of the Annual National Conference on Crime Prevention was held on July 11, 2021, chaired by Professor Dr. Abdel Ghafar Al-Manifi, a professor of statistics. The session included various research topics within the conference themes, as follows:

– “Cybercrimes and Ways to Combat Them in Light of Islamic Jurisprudence” by Dr. Mohamed Al-Shirkasi.
– “Criminal Liability of the Electronic Publisher on Social Media” by Professor Saleh Moamen from the University of Tobruk.
– “The Impact of the Spread of Weapons on Libyan Society” by Professor Hanan Mohamed Al-Werfalli from Benghazi University.
– A specialized professional intervention on crime and psychiatry by Dr. Hana Al-Shukri.
