Institutional Development Centre proposes legislative reform mechanism at the Economic Policy Conference

The Centre for Public Administration and Institutional Development of the University of Benghazi participated in the organization, management and presentation of a paper commissioned at the preliminary conference on public policies for economics, finance and investment organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and attended by the President of the Government mandated by the House of Representatives, Mr. Fathi Ali Bashagha, and the second Vice-President-President. Salim al-Zadma, and the member of the House a ‘ (Hafiz Qaddour), investment (Ali Saidi) and civil service (d. Mahmoud Bunsama) and member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL). The Mayor of Benghazi Municipality, Ma ‘ Saqr Bogwari and President of the Chamber of Commerce Professor Saleh al-Obaidi and a large number of officials, academics, researchers and representatives of chambers of commerce and industry in a number of Libyan cities. The mandated research that took place in the presence of the Council of Ministers and a number of deputies, academics, officials and representatives of the chambers of commerce in Libya’s cities was on economic policies and legislative reform through the proposal of the Government and the Chambers of Commerce Federation to adopt a mechanism to assess the regulatory impact of legislation
