The second workshop on the National Reconstruction Program in Libya: Libya’s Stability Agenda 2020-2023 was held via remote communication and in-person attendance in Tripoli. The director of the center participated via remote communication with an extensive research presentation on comprehensive institutional reform in Libya and its relationship to national and local development: pillars, indicators, and urgent issues.
